Frosted Cupcakery is looking for an experienced baker to lead the 5am shift. We are looking for the following qualities in a candidate:

• 1-2 years baking experience required
• proficient in following a recipe
• dedicated to quality and consistency
• pays great attention to detail
• follows procedures and policies
• maintains a clean, safe and sanitary work environment
• organized and good-time management skills
• reliable, professional and self-motivated
• supervisory experience
• positive energy and works well with a team
• great communication skills

Frosted Hollywood Truck Stop

We've had the dream of a cupcake truck since our opening in 2006, but dreams are often put off by reality...luckily for us, reality was moving up on to 2nd street and then opening a second store in Hollywood.

Since we can't be one of them, we've decided to join in on the fun and let them park in our lot! We started the Frosted Truck Stop with a bang. The Grilled Cheese Truck stopped in our lot late January, and despite the rain, we had a fantastic turn out.
We're hoping to have weekly stops at our Hollywood location. Tomorrow, February 18th, Frysmith will be stopping in our lot from 12-3pm. Keep up with us on twitter, frostedtweets, for upcoming Truck Stops.
